Ensure the road to the delivery point is clear and suitable for the size of the tanker or vehicle you order. It must have enough empty space for the vehicle to stand for the duration of the delivery. Required road size per tanker: 2000L - 10FT road, 4000L - 15FT road, 6000L - 20FT road, 7000L - 20FT road, 12000L - 25FT road, 13000L - 25FT road, 24000L - 30FT road, 25000L - 30FT road.

If the tanker does not have enough empty space to reach the delivery point or to stand for the required delivery time, the order will be cancelled without a refund.

Ensure there is no legal restriction in your area or property for ordering a water tanker.

Ensure the tanker, delivery agent, driver, and any person associated (directly or indirectly) with GoTanker are safe and not assaulted due to any conflict arising during delivery.
