1. Services Offered
On-demand clean water tanker delivery across Bangalore
Real-time tracking and timely delivery updates
Delivery within 2 hours (subject to availability, traffic, and weather)
Services for residential, commercial, and construction site needs
2. User Responsibilities
Provide accurate and complete delivery address and contact information
Be available to receive your order at the scheduled delivery time
Use the water only for legal and safe purposes (e.g., household, commercial, or site use)
Refrain from reselling or redistributing the water without permission
3. Order and Delivery Terms
All orders are subject to availability and serviceable areas.
While we aim for delivery within 2 hours, delays may occur due to traffic, high demand, or unforeseen conditions.
In case of any issues, our team will contact you using the details provided at the time of booking.
4. Pricing and Payments
Pricing is clearly displayed during the ordering process and may vary based on quantity, location, and demand.
All payments must be made through the available online or COD (Cash on Delivery) options.
GoTanker reserves the right to change pricing without prior notice.
5. Cancellations and Refunds
Orders can be canceled up to 15 minutes after placement for a full refund.
Cancellations made after dispatch may not be eligible for a refund.
Refunds, if applicable, will be processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method.
6. Service Limitations
Water quality is tested and treated; however, GoTanker is not responsible for storage-related contamination once delivered.
We are not liable for delays caused by factors beyond our control, including weather, traffic, or local restrictions.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on the GoTanker platform (website/app), including logos, text, graphics, and software, is owned by or licensed to GoTanker and may not be used without permission.
