Ensure the tanker, delivery agent, driver, and any person associated (directly or indirectly) with GoTanker are safe and not assaulted due to any conflict arising during delivery.

GoTanker operates solely as a digital aggregator platform connecting customers with independent third-party tanker service providers.

GoTanker does not own, operate, or control any tankers and does not employ the drivers, delivery agents, or support staff associated with the tanker service providers.

GoTanker assumes no responsibility or liability for any unwanted situations, disputes, misconduct, accidents, negligence, or incidents involving the tanker, driver, delivery agent, or accompanying personnel.

Any dispute arising directly between the customer and the independent tanker service provider shall be addressed between the concerned parties, subject to applicable law.

Any loss, injury, or damage caused to the customer, members of the public, or private or public property during transit, maneuvering, parking, offloading, or throughout the general course of delivery shall be the responsibility of the tanker owner or operating service provider.

GoTanker shall not be responsible for any legal or financial liability arising from the acts, omissions, negligence, misconduct, or operations of an independent tanker service provider.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate delivery information and ensuring that the delivery location is reasonably accessible and suitable for tanker operations.

All orders placed through GoTanker are prepaid.

While GoTanker makes reasonable efforts to fulfill every confirmed order, placement and payment of an order do not guarantee 100% delivery.

Unforeseen operational challenges, logistics delays, tanker availability, service-provider issues, road conditions, government restrictions, weather conditions, or supply constraints may affect service availability and delivery fulfillment.

GoTanker may be required to cancel or reschedule an order where fulfillment is not reasonably possible.

In the event that a prepaid order cannot be delivered, GoTanker will notify the customer regarding the fulfillment status on the scheduled delivery date.

Order status or non-delivery communication will be made strictly between 7:00 AM and 9:00 PM on the scheduled delivery date.

Customers are responsible for ensuring that their registered contact details are accurate and accessible for receiving order-related communications.

If GoTanker is unable to fulfill a prepaid order, the customer will be eligible for a 100% refund of the order value, subject to the terms of this policy.

Refunds are initiated exclusively upon receipt of a formal cancellation request submitted by the customer following the non-delivery notification.

The refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the order, subject to applicable payment gateway and banking processing timelines.

No refund will be provided where an order is cancelled due to the customer failing to provide suitable access, sufficient space, or a legally permissible delivery location, where such circumstances are attributable to the customer.
