Orders can be canceled within 15 minutes of placement for a full refund.
To cancel an order, use the cancellation option in your order history or contact our support team immediately.
Cancellations made after dispatch or en route may not be eligible for a refund.
Repeated or fraudulent cancellations may lead to service suspension.
Eligible refunds will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
If payment was made via Cash on Delivery (COD), no refund will be applicable unless payment has already been collected.
Partial refunds may apply in cases where only part of the order is undeliverable.
GoTanker reserves the right to deny refunds in cases of misuse, fraud, or repeated cancellations.
Refunds will not be granted for dissatisfaction due to delays caused by traffic, weather, or unforeseen events outside our control.
Incorrect or incomplete delivery addresses provided by the user will void refund eligibility.
If the recipient is unavailable at the time of delivery, and attempts have been made to contact them, refunds may not be issued.
